TargetHire Client Feedback Report – Q2 Edition
As a forward-thinking industry leader in a niche market like contingency recruiting for military talent, there’s not a handbook to consult on how things “should be.” When you are a leader in your space, no one has or will pave the way for you.
Oftentimes, one has to make the hard call; continue to do things the way you have always done them, or take a calculated risk and try something new.
In 2017, Bradley-Morris opted to follow the data and take a risk by shifting its strategy from hosting traditional two-day recruiting events to focus on the heart of what veteran contingency recruiting is all about, which is filling open positions with a professional who has military experience.
TargetHire is the service Bradley-Morris provides to connect employers nationwide with the veterans/transitioning military professionals they need.
We took a risk. How’d we do?
According to the Q2 TargetHire feedback we received from surveying participating clients, we excelled. Positive feedback isn’t surprising when you consider the efficiency factor. By executing contingency recruiting using the TargetHire method, Bradley-Morris is able to deliver qualified job seekers in a two-week time frame with a 6:1 interview to placement ratio.
Net Promoter Score
One of the most telling pieces of data received in the Q2 client feedback was the Net Promoter Score (NPS). This is an index that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company to others. In Q2, Bradley-Morris earned an NPS that is 13.7 times higher than the staffing industry benchmark! This is a great indication that TargetHire is a contingency recruiting service our clients would recommend to others, and one can’t hope for better feedback than that.
