1 | Before the Event: Maximize your experience
The individual who registers their organization for an event is automatically titled an "Admin". There are several steps an organization’s designated Admin can take before the event to maximize the experience. The following steps must be taken by a user with Admin status:
- Manage and add users to the event (video)
- Set up your organization’s event room (video)
- Complete your organization's profile (video)
2 | During the Event: Optimize your engagement
- Understand main chat room vs private chat room (PDF)
- Share your video and audio (PDF)
- Learn how to use the Queue feature (PDF)
