Organizational Changes Strengthen Leadership Team To Fully Align Bradley-Morris, Inc. and RecruitMilitary Business Units
As part of the integration plan put in place after the acquisition of RecruitMilitary by BMI, RecruitMilitary President Peter Gudmundsson is transitioning to a consulting role for the enterprise.
“The acquisition of RecruitMilitary by Bradley-Morris in October 2016 combined the two leaders in the veteran hiring space,” said Bradley-Morris, Inc. CEO Tim Best. “The changes announced today will further streamline and strengthen the operations of the combined company.”
Slagel has been with RecruitMilitary since 2001 leading the sales team as Senior Vice President. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and attained the rank of Captain. Arndt served as a gunnery sergeant also in the U.S. Marine Corps and has been a high performer in RecruitMilitary’s sales organization since 2013.
“After getting to know Larry and becoming familiar with the impact he’s had leading the sales growth of RecruitMilitary, I have no doubt that he is the right person to lead the company’s consolidated operational structure,” said Best. “I would also like to thank Peter for his assistance during the acquisition and integration. He provided sound counsel and guidance to the management team throughout the transition.”
