- Enhanced Event-Based Sourcing: Connect with the military community in person or virtually at RecruitMilitary job fairs, then sustain that momentum with Veteran Talent Source-supported searches for 30 days post-event.
- VTS: Centers talent profile results around the military community, providing recruiters an unbiased, detailed understanding of candidates with military backgrounds. It combines RecruitMilitary’s 30 years of data and expertise with Findem’s AI-powered workflows, 3D-enriched profile, and data-driven insights, creating the ultimate veteran recruiting platform that integrates with any of RecruitMilitary’s solutions.
- Findem Copilot: Findem Copilot provides customers with access to comprehensive military and civilian data, AI-driven workflows, 3D-enriched profiles, and data-informed insights, all separate from RecruitMilitary’s recruiting solutions and military expertise.
Technical Questions
- Yes. Findem integrates seamlessly with most major ATS providers. This integration facilitates matching incoming applicants to open positions and identifying strong candidates who were not initially selected across partner companies through profile enrichment and single pane of glass viewing.
- Findem is SOC2 certified and has rigorous Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs) in place. All candidate and customer data is securely managed under industry best practices and audited by third party evaluators certified by The American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
- Findem employs an in-house team dedicated to proactively monitoring data security and evolving research methods to ensure data compliance, protection, and privacy regulations are maintained.
