Recently a Korn Ferry company conducted a survey with approximately 700 global executives that showed a surprising result: many of the organizations surveyed lack an organized focus on recruiting veterans.

- 80% do not have specific veteran hiring outreach programs
- 81% do not have clear messaging on why veterans should join their company

Considering that more than one million military service members are projected to be joining the civilian workforce in coming years, this could be a missed opportunity.
