RecruitMilitary has chosen the virtual event hosting service CareerEco® to power its virtual recruitment events and related services. In using the Website, you agree that your relationship is solely with RecruitMilitary and not with CareerEco®, and RecruitMilitary is solely responsible for the operation of the Website, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By accessing and/or using any content, information, service, software, product, or materials on the Website (hereinafter referred to individually and collectively as the “Services”), you represent and warrant that you are able to form a binding contract with us and that such contract is formed between us and you by your use of the Website, and you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow and be bound by the following terms of service (“TOS”) and the RecruitMilitary Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Website and is incorporated herein by this reference (the “Privacy Policy”).

You are prohibited from using the Services or registering for a RecruitMilitary account if you do not accept the Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the TOS. Registration for a RecruitMilitary account and use of the features of the Website is restricted to those individuals over 18 years of age who are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties herein. By registering or participating in services or functions on the Website, you represent that you are over 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into the terms herein. RecruitMilitary reserves the right to update and change these TOS and the Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to you. Your use of any new features that augment or enhance the Services, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the TOS in effect at the time of such use and continued use of the Services after any changes to the TOS shall constitute your consent to all such changes.

You understand that RecruitMilitary operates this Website and provides the Services to facilitate, through the Website, the direct, person-to-person introduction of bona fide Registrants seeking employment, educational or franchising opportunities to those offering or seeking to provide such opportunities (the “Intended Purpose”). Any use of the Website or any information, including, without limitation, contact information on the Website for any purpose other than the Intended Purpose shall constitute a violation of these TOS and may, at our sole discretion, lead to removal of you from the Website and revocation from you of some or all of your user privileges. Any conduct or interaction on the Website that appears, in our sole discretion, to be discourteous, disrespectful, distracting, discriminatory, vulgar, or not focused primarily on the Intended Purpose may result in the suspension or termination of a registrant’s account. By way of example, but not of limitation, use of the Website to make social connections with other registrants, to make position or opinion statements, to debate any issue or to engage with others in any manner that creates offense or controversy in public areas of the Website or disrupts the event experience for others is contrary to the intended purpose. RecruitMilitary reserves the right at all times to determine, in its sole discretion, whether particular conduct conforms to the intended purpose of an event and to terminate your use of the Website, without further obligation of any sort to you, should it determine that your conduct is nonconforming in this respect.
You agree that you will use the services and the Website only for the intended purpose and not for any illegal purposes. You agree that, in using the services and the Website, you will not misrepresent your identity or intentions, modify or delete any email or communication headers or packet identifying information so as to hide or misrepresent your identity, register for an account or attend any chat session under a false identity or pseudonym or for purposes other than the Intended Purpose, or modify, adapt or hack the Website in any manner whatsoever. You agree that you will not use the services or the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden and/or impair any RecruitMilitary or CareerEco® server or the network(s) connected to any RecruitMilitary or CareerEco® server, and/or that you will not interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website. If your account is terminated for any reason or your user privileges suspended, terminated, or revoked for any reason, any subsequent registration by you for any RecruitMilitary event or any use by you of the Website or the Services without the express, written permission of RecruitMilitary and reinstatement by RecruitMilitary of your account privileges is a breach of these TOS.
Your failure to follow any reasonable instruction related to these TOS given you by RecruitMilitary will result in immediate account termination and may, in RecruitMilitary’ s sole discretion, result in suspension, termination, or revocation of your user privileges and/or your registration and/or result in legal action against you.
You agree not to deep-link to the Website or access the Website manually or with any robot, spider, web crawler, extraction software, automated process or device to scrape, copy or monitor any portion of the Website or any materials or other content on the Website without express written permission from RecruitMilitary. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell or exploit any portion of the Website or the services except as provided herein without the express written permission by RecruitMilitary.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Website, including, without limitation, any information or content that you provide while using the Website, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You agree to not upload, post, host, or transmit “spam” messages via the Website or to any party with whom you have been introduced via the Website. You agree to not transmit worms or viruses or any destructive code to RecruitMilitary, to the Website, or to any party with whom you have been introduced via the Website.
JOB POSTINGS
All job postings run for 30 days on RecruitMilitary’s job board on the Website. When you initially purchase job postings, resume search products, or event products that include these services, our team will verify that you are a real company before issuing access. When you extend, refresh, copy, or add additional locations to your job postings, each such action by you constitutes an additional purchase of a job posting for each extension, refresh, copy, or location addition. RecruitMilitary will bill you for each such additional purchase, and each such bill will be payable by you in accordance with RecruitMilitary’s prices in effect at the time the extension, refresh, copy, or location addition is made. All job postings are subject to these TOS, including, without limitation, the promotional restrictions in paragraph 1 above. In addition, you agree that you will not create any link to any website in any job posting other than the Website or list any URL in any job posting, and you agree that doing so constitutes an advertisement of your company rather than your job and a violation of the TOS. To maximize a job posting’s effectiveness and visibility, RecruitMilitary may, from time to time in RecruitMilitary’s sole discretion and without your approval, modify the language within your job posting to fully leverage RecruitMilitary’s matching technology and outreach channels. Further, RecruitMilitary reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any job posting or other document or information within a job posting that violates the TOS.
IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR REPRESENTATIVE POLICY
Each booth purchase includes a table draped with linen and two representatives. The attendance of any additional representatives may be purchased for $250 per additional attendee (maximum of four (4) per booth). Representation of five (5) attendees or more requires an additional booth credit or purchase of an additional booth. Electricity and Additional Representative purchases are also subject to pre-payment prior to fulfillment. Pick Package, Strategic and RMS² clients may have up to four (4) reps per booth at no additional cost per attendee. In person formats are subject to change based upon guidance from Local, State and RecruitMilitary terms and conditions. Virtual Career Fairs include unlimited representatives and are exempt from Additional Representative Fees.
AGREEMENT TO PAY
You agree to timely pay in full for all products and services you purchase from RecruitMilitary, including, without limitation, those products and services you purchase through the Website. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND CHARGES AND FOR PROVIDING VALID PAYMENT INFORMATION. RecruitMilitary applies a 3.75% processing fee to all payments made by credit card.
ALL LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES INCURRED TO RECOVER PAYMENT ON AN INVOICE OUTSTANDING GREATER THAN NINETY, (90), DAYS BECOME THE LIABILITY OF THE CONTRACTED ENTITY AND ARE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, (100%), RECOVERABLE BY RECRUITMILITARY AS TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.
There are no charges for job seekers to utilize RecruitMilitary services.
RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
RecruitMilitary reserves, at all times, the unilateral right to change the prices and availability of products and services without advance notice to you.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND CONTRACTS
Your use of the Website provides you with the ability to enter into agreements electronically and/or to make transactions electronically and via electronic signatures in lieu of wet ink signatures. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY AND TO PAY FOR SUCH AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS. CREDIT CARD POLICY
Your credit card transactions and purchase orders are reviewed and verified by systems we use to process credit card purchases. RecruitMilitary applies a 3.75% processing fee to all payments made by credit card. Your credit card is then charged, and a credit card authorization and verification are placed on the purchase order from our credit card processor. Once your purchase order has been entered through our system, a Purchase ID is automatically assigned to your purchase order. A detailed invoice of your transaction along with the Purchase ID will be emailed to you immediately following your transaction. A hard copy invoice is available upon request. If you need to contact us regarding a purchase order or a credit card transaction, you may call our customer service department at 1-800-226-0841 or at the Customer Service number listed on the Website.
RETURN POLICY
Customers purchasing online products or services through the Website shall have no rights to any such product or service until your purchase and payment are verified by us. RecruitMilitary shall not offer any returns or refunds in connection with any product or service purchase, as all such purchases are strictly final sale.
NO LIABILITY FOR ACTIONS BY APPLICANTS OR EMPLOYERS
RecruitMilitary acts only as a venue for employers to post job positions and military candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings offered. RecruitMilitary is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, RecruitMilitary has no control over the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of posted jobs, job listings, profiles, resumes, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates, and/or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. We are not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of the Services or the Website, and we shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by you or any entity posting jobs on the Website or made by any job applicant.
NO LIABILITY FOR INACCURACIES ON WEBSITE
The material on the Website may contain inaccuracies or typographical or other errors. RecruitMilitary makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the material on the Website. GOVERNING LAW
Any action filed by either party to enforce or construe any right granted under these TOS or to assert any claim arising from your use of the Website or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the City of Chesapeake of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA and the county, state, and federal courts applicable thereto and shall be governed by Virginia law without regard to its conflict of laws principles. In connection with any such action, you consent to jurisdiction in the courts applicable to Chesapeake, Virginia and agree to waive any defense or claim of lack of personal jurisdiction, the inappropriateness of venue, or forum non conveniens.
NO WAIVER
No delay, indulgence, or failure to take any action, or exercise any right that RecruitMilitary may take or exercise pursuant to the TOS, the Privacy Policy or applicable law shall constitute a waiver of that action or right by RecruitMilitary.
NO ASSIGNMENT
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred, or assigned by you, but may be assigned by RecruitMilitary without restriction and without your consent, knowledge, or approval. Any attempted transfer or assignment by you in violation hereof shall be null and void.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and conditions included in the purchase process represent the entire agreement between RecruitMilitary and you with respect to use of the Website and the Services.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the Website, the Services, or these TOS may at the unilateral election of either us or you be settled exclusively and finally by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules created by the American Arbitration Association. All submissions to arbitration shall be made within forty-five (45) days of the date upon which the controversy to be arbitrated arose. The arbitration shall be conducted before a sole arbitrator, and under no circumstance shall punitive damages be awarded in the arbitration. Any award rendered in such arbitration proceedings shall be final and binding on each of the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Unless the address of a particular notice to RecruitMilitary is otherwise stated in this TOS, all notices to RecruitMilitary must be delivered to: RVET Operating LLC, DBA agreed to abide by these laws and their regulations in your use of the Website and the Services.
