Army TAP and RecruitMilitary Strengthen Career Connections for Soldiers Through 2033

For more than three decades, RecruitMilitary has helped service members, veterans, and military families connect with meaningful civilian career opportunities.

We’re proud to continue that mission alongside the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) and the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), a collaboration that will continue supporting Army Soldiers, spouses, and Army civilians through the Army’s Tactical Connection initiative through 2033.

Originally launched in 2020, Tactical Connection brings together the Army and RecruitMilitary to strengthen employment support for Soldiers and military families. The initiative has since grown into a long-term collaboration focused on creating stronger connections between the Army community and civilian employers.

A Collaborative Effort Focused on Soldier Outcomes

Through the partnership, Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) professionals and installation transition center help Soldiers access transition and employment support. RecruitMilitary expands those connections through its no-cost employment platform, hiring events, career resources, and nationwide network of military-friendly employers.

The program supports:

  • Transitioning Active Duty Soldiers
  • Army National Guard and Army Reserve members
  • Army spouses
  • Army Veterans

Through Tactical Connection, service members can use RecruitMilitary’s career tools to translate military skills, find relevant jobs, and connect with military-friendly employers. They can also build career readiness through live & expert-led workshops covering resumes, interviewing, networking, salary negotiation, and personal branding.

The initiative also connects Soldiers with Army career resources, including the Career Skills Program (CSP), Reserve Component employment initiatives, and Army community employment resources.

Together, the Army and RecruitMilitary provide Soldiers with resources and connections to support a successful transition to meaningful civilian careers.

Looking Ahead

As the partnership continues through 2033, RecruitMilitary remains honored to work alongside U.S. Army Human Resources Command and U.S. Army Installation Management Command to support those who have served our nation.

Together, we are building stronger connections between military service and civilian success, ensuring that Soldiers and their families have access to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they deserve.
