2017 in Review – Bradley-Morris, Inc.
What a year! The team at Bradley-Morris reached new heights for our business in 2017. We invite you to explore select highlights and successes from our year in review.
Acquisition of RecruitMilitary
We acquired RecruitMilitary in late 2016, which expanded our combined entities into the largest military recruiting company in the U.S. In 2017, we strengthened our relationship with RecruitMilitary to offer our candidates and clients even more resources. Employers can now access more than one million veteran job seekers via services that include contingency recruiting, military job fairs, employer branding, a military-based publication, and more!
“Our company has been through constant change and continuous improvement over the past two years, and the organic culture we have in our organization has helped us push through the change much faster than many organizations would have been able to accomplish,” said Tim Best, CEO of Bradley-Morris and RecruitMilitary. “In a year of growth, collaboration, and progress, we have created an incredible suite of products that offer our clients the most efficient and effective way to hire military.”

TargetHire® Solution
As a forward-thinking industry leader in a niche market like contingency recruiting for military talent, there’s no handbook to consult on how things “should be done.” So, we forged ahead by taking some risks and paving our own way. We shifted away from hosting traditional two-day recruiting events to focus on the heart of what veteran contingency recruiting is all about: filling open positions with a professional who has military experience. We placed more focus on TargetHire®, our most popular contingency recruiting service.
TargetHire® connects employers and job seekers at an accelerated pace within a virtual environment by pairing our 1.2 million candidate pool with patented technology to more efficiently match candidates with the nation’s top employers. The result? We asked our clients, and they loved it! By using the TargetHire® method, Bradley-Morris delivered qualified job seekers in a two-week time frame with a 6:1 interview-to-placement ratio. In fact, our Net Promoter Score (NPS), an index that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company to others, was 13.7 times higher than the staffing industry benchmark!
Pressing Forward in 2018
We spent 2017 analyzing our company’s needs and investing in the infrastructure to address them. In 2018, we look forward to utilizing our newly improved technological infrastructure to its full potential. This will enable our employees to connect with job seekers and clients more easily and efficiently.
Hiring good people can be the biggest challenge at any company, whether large or small. We remain committed in 2018 to providing value to our customers and creating opportunities for the military community we serve.
