Select your desired event from the schedule and click “Register.” Early registration gives you extra time to brush up your resume and take advantage of our many resources before attending the event.

Bring a few paper copies, but for the most part, you will share your RecruitMilitary profile (via QR code) with exhibitors. If you do not have a resume, this platform can help you build one.

Your data and information are automatically saved as you enter it into the fields of your RecruitMilitary profile.

The QR code will become available upon check-in and sent via email.

Yes. Each employer has access to registered job-seeker profiles. For virtual events, all employers have access to the attendance list and attendee profiles. NOTE: Make sure your RecruitMilitary profile is at least 80% complete so you can be visible to employers. The more complete your profile is, the better your results will be with employers.

Professional attire is always best practice, but business casual is very common and an acceptable dress code for our hiring events.

This depends on the organization and the individuals representing the organization during the event. If an organization has its hiring manager present at the event or a recruiter has been delegated responsibility to screen candidates, interviews might be conducted during the event.

All attending companies are actively recruiting. When they find the right fit, they may hire on the spot!

Simply select the job you wish to apply for, review, and click “Apply Now.” It’s always worth your time to review exhibitors and their job postings, and sometimes even to apply outright, in advance of the event.

This depends on the organization’s follow-up protocol. This can range from a day to a few weeks, depending on its internal practices. We encourage job seekers to follow up via email or LinkedIn post-event to thank the recruiters for their time.
