We are proud to celebrate the continued strength of our partnership with the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) and the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), a collaboration that will continue supporting Army Soldiers, spouses, and Army civilians through the Army’s Tactical Connection initiative through 2033.

Originally launched in 2020, the Tactical Connection initiative was created to provide Soldiers and military families with direct access to employment resources, career opportunities, hiring events, and transition support throughout their military journey. Since then, the program has evolved into one of the Army’s most comprehensive employment connectivity efforts, helping bridge the gap between military service and civilian career success.

For years, RecruitMilitary, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, and U.S. Army Installation Management Command have worked together to strengthen employment outcomes for Soldiers and military families. That collaboration will continue through 2033 as the organizations advance the Army’s Tactical Connection initiative, connecting military talent with employers, career resources, and opportunities for long-term success beyond military service.

A Collaborative Effort Focused on Soldier Outcomes

The Tactical Connection initiative combines the Army’s extensive transition assistance infrastructure with RecruitMilitary’s military-focused employment platform, programs, and extensive employer network.

The program supports:

• Transitioning Active Duty Soldiers
• Army National Guard and Army Reserve members
• Army spouses
• Army Veterans

Through Tactical Connection, service members can leverage RecruitMilitary’s technology-driven career ecosystem to prepare for, navigate, and accelerate their transition to civilian employment. The platform combines AI-powered career tools, military skills translation, personalized job discovery, and direct access to thousands of military-friendly employers.

Beyond technology, participants can strengthen their career readiness through expert-led workshops focused on resume development, interviewing, networking, salary negotiation, personal branding, and modern job search techniques, creating a comprehensive pathway from military service to meaningful civilian careers.

Delivering Resources at Scale

Tactical Connection is powered by RecruitMilitary’s technology-driven career platform, which combines AI-enabled career tools, military skills translation, personalized job discovery, employer engagement opportunities, and career readiness programming into a single ecosystem.

Participants can develop and refine their professional profiles, strengthen their job search strategy through workshops and educational content, engage directly with employers, and explore career opportunities that align with their experience, aspirations, and preferred locations.

In addition to supporting employment connections, the initiative helps increase awareness of Army programs that strengthen long-term career readiness, including the Career Skills Program (CSP), Reserve Component employment initiatives , and Army community employment resources.

Supporting the Army’s Commitment to Transition Readiness

Career transition is one of the most significant milestones in a Soldier’s journey. The Army’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP) has long played a critical role in preparing Soldiers for success after service, providing counseling, training, and resources that empower informed career decisions.

By combining the Army’s expertise in transition readiness with RecruitMilitary’s extensive employer network and veteran employment resources, the partnership helps ensure Soldiers are not simply leaving military service but transitioning toward meaningful careers and long-term professional success.
