The offering helps veteran job seekers and employers determine eligibility for the government’s tax hiring incentive program designed to help veterans and other members of the community find meaningful employment.

The new offering provides a way for veteran job seekers to be not only highly qualified candidates, but also potentially more financially attractive hires. Veteran job seekers can determine their tax-credit eligibility by answering a few simple survey questions and will be able to print out a certificate to use during the interview process to alert employers of their potential tax-credit eligibility.

To start, the company will make it easy for employers to identify employees hired in 2015 that are tax-credit eligible through a hassle-free screening process and perform necessary tasks to capture the tax credit on employers’ behalf -- or the employer may self-file or use their preferred tax credit provider.

By early summer, Militarytaxcredits.com will be fully integrated with the RecruitMilitary veteran job board. Employers searching the job board will see tax-credit-eligible candidates highlighted in search results, including amounts of potential credit.
