2017 Annual Event Report Results
We’ve evaluated the 2017 veteran career fairs and the results prove this sourcing and hiring method has worked for thousands of employers. These events offer the best opportunity to meet a multitude of military job seekers face-to-face, assess their skills, and even interview them on-the-spot for available positions.
Exhibitors at our events include corporate employers, law-enforcement agencies and other government employers, franchisors, and educational institutions. Candidates include men and women who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, veterans who already have civilian work experience, members of the National Guard and Reserves, military spouses and other family members.

Candidates and clients alike experienced positive results:
“Great venue, awesome candidates, and helpful staff. Better than other fairs I have attended. Candidates show up prepared & open to new opportunities. The events hosted by RM are the most organized of all events that I attend. I always have an abundance of candidates to speak with & every event to date has resulted in at least one hire.” (Retail recruiter)
“I was very impressed with this job fair. If you are a veteran or current military looking for a job, this is a must. Well organized, multitude of vendors, and positive vibes. I've had three interviews since the fair, which has provided options rather than settling. Thank you!” (Air Force E-4)
