RecruitMilitary Schedules Free Veteran Opportunity Expo for Arlington, Texas, on December 2
Dallas, TX (PR Log) November 1, 2010 – The military-to-civilian recruiting firm RecruitMilitary will present a free employment, business-opportunity, and education event for job seekers who have military backgrounds at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Texas, home of the American League Champion Texas Rangers, on Thursday, December 2. This event, the RecruitMilitary Opportunity Expo, will be open to veterans who already have civilian work experience, men and women who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, members of the National Guard and reserves, military spouses, and other military family members.
RecruitMilitary (www.recruitmilitary.com) will produce the Opportunity Expo in cooperation with The American Legion (http://www.legion.org).
The Opportunity Expo will be the 71st of 74 such events set for 2010. RecruitMilitary expects more than 35 veteran-friendly organizations to be on hand to conduct one-on-one interviews with the job seekers—organizations that will include corporate employers, law-enforcement agencies and other government employers, franchisors, and educational institutions. RecruitMilitary has scheduled three additional Veteran Opportunity Expos for 2010 and 60 Expos for 2011.
