One More Way
One More Way is an employment collaborative that matches job candidates with disabilities, including veterans, to businesses, agencies, and service providers. The collaborative serves three membership categories: (1) Hiring Members—Businesses, agencies, and other organizations searching for candidates with disabilities; (2) Vocational Rehabilitation and Agency Members—Government, non-profit, and community-based groups that provide vocational rehabilitation, job coaching, and placement services; and (3) Job Seeker Members—Job seekers with disabilities.
One More Way is a project of The Sierra Group Foundation, a 501( c )(3) non-profit organization dedicated to driving up employment for Americans with disabilities, including veterans. The Sierra Group Foundation is located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
